The Investment Property
Naperville investment property....will be torn down and will build a house like below...
Standard 50x132 city style lot...a couple 100 year old trees we hope to save...
12-15 teardowns already completed in neighboorhood...
Hope to finish house for 20-30% less than it would cost to have someone do it all for me...
